On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with en suite facilities, one with private terrace, a second with pool access, and a cool reception room, which gives way to the open plan dining area and kitchen beyond. The reception room provides direct access to the roof terrace, with pergola, through double doors, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with traditional 'built-in' plaster kitchen units and has a picture window providing spectacular views over the pool below and down into Ftelia beach.

Internal stairs lead down to the lower ground floor and the master bedroom, with large walk-in closet/wardrobe and en suite facilities: double doors lead directly onto the pool terrace, making an early morning swim a delight.

The large roof terrace with pergola, provides a further dining area with space for sunbathing and relaxing. Steps lead down from the roof terrace to an open-air kithcen and further dining area, leading onto the pool, pool terrace, sunbathing areas and garden beyond. To the left of the pool is a storage room and to the right are steps leading down to a another bedroom.
