The villa enjoys an exclusive use of a 116 m2 infinity heated pool (comfortable sun beds and pergola-shaded areas) as well as spacious outdoor areas and a wood fire BBQ.
The Resort is located in the south west part of Mykonos, only a ten minute drive from the town of Mykonos, in one of the most distinctive areas of the island. It is an ultra-exclusive and prestigious villa resort complex of 37.989 m2, with 12 guarded villas.
It provides direct access to and from the sea via a private dock where tenders can approach. A private helipad provides the option for direct access by helicopter. Maximum privacy for all occupants is guaranteed by a 24-hour security gate for access by villa residents only.
The resort's gardens are of significant botanical, environmental and aesthetic value. More than 200 Mediterranean species have been planted to recreate the natural ecosystem of a Cycladic Island. Emphasis has been given to year-round interest, so one can walk and relax through the numerous terraces and enjoy the unique aromatic flora with its variability.

The resort includes a Desalination Plant (R.O.) and three stand-by Emergency Generators (650 KVA). Outdoor lighting is controlled by a central instabus unit. In addition each villa has its own independent Sewage Treatment Unit.
The villas have all the "State of the art" technology features such as a High-tech phone center connected to the central administration facility, a high-speed Fiber-Optic Computer Network based on Cisco equipment and an advanced CCTV and Alarm System and a dedicated for the resort leased line internet connection.
A Central Satellite & Digital Terrestrial TV Distribution System provide free TV content in in the livings rooms, playrooms and master bedrooms of all villas, while Independent Satellite TV receivers provide exclusive paid content in the living room.
The resort management provides cleaning and security services on a complimentary basis. Concierge, butler, cooking (chef) and 24 hour maid services can be provided at an extra cost.
