While entering TA-140 there is a hall area that leads to the black and modern indoor floating staircase with stainless steel railings offering access to the ground/ pool level.
On the same level, upper level, around the hall area, there are 3 bedrooms en suite, (with shower), one of which is the master bedroom featuring one safe box, offering stunning sea views.
All 3 bedrooms on the upper level offer sea view and a spacious terrace.
GROUND / POOL LEVEL:
While reaching the ground/ pool level, the welcoming open plan area is featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room area offering unobstructed sea views and a guest WC. On the same level, within the main property, there are located 2 more comfortable bedrooms en suite, (with shower) offering side sea view. The 6th bedroom en suite (with shower) offers individual access.
INDIVIDUAL STAFF ROOM:
Adjacent to the villa (on the pool level) is located the staff room, which is en suite (with a shower) and featuring A/C.
