The villa is modernly furnished and has a large swimming pool and also a second smaller one designed for young children, both with overflow on their sea view side. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 in the main house and one pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, digital HDTV, silent refrigerators with glass doors (mini-bars), high quality safes both well hidden inside the closets and air-conditioning. The 4th bedroom has an independent entrance and has a large corner sofa that may sleep 2 young children if necessary. Outside , the room has its own pergola with an outdoor siting area where the magnificent sea view can also be enjoyed . The villa has wi-fi internet support. It has large verandas and at the pool side there is another out-door living area with a very large sofa covered by a pergola. The villa has 2 parking spaces. The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis , Glyfadi , and Ornos beach. The distance from the town centre and airport is between 4 and 5 kilometres.
