The villa is located on a sidewalk, 150m from the center and the Historical Small Port, 170m from the public parking area, 600m from Piperi Beach and 900m from Agioi Anargyri Beach.
Villa TA-164 is a unique 150 years old historic Mansion of 189sqm surrounded by a private garden. Reconstructed in 2020 and decorated by a famous interior architect of Paros, it has become a point of reference for the modern trends of Cycladic architecture.
The villa is made up of 3 independent levels joined by external stairs. There are 2 separate entrances from the sidewalk. One entrance gives access to the lower ground
floor and Level (2) and a separate entrance takes you to Level (1).
All levels have access to the garden.
Layout
Lower Ground Floor
A few downwards steps from the entrance take you to the lower ground level of the villa.The apartment has a living room with dining area, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms – one with 2 full size beds of 140×200 that can be joined and become a triple bed (ideal for children or a couple with a child) & one with 2 bunk beds of 90×200 – and a fully equipped kitchen that leads out to the garden through a balcony door.
Elevated Ground Floor
Accessible from an independence entrance, a few upward steps take you to a small covered veranda and the doorway to the raised ground floor.The apartment has a living room with dining area, one bedroom with 1 double bed and ensuite bathroom, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen.From the Kitchen door the external downwards staircase takes you to the lower level and the
garden.
Level Two(2)
The upper floor of the Villa is one of the highlights. A few upwards steps take you to a large veranda with outdoor dining area and a small electric barbeque and a guest house with double bed and ensuite bathroom.The veranda overlooks Naoussa and the sea and offers complete relaxation.
Outdoors
The outside areas of the Villa are specifically designed to provide comfort as well as privacy. There are 2 separate outdoor lounge and dining area to enjoy every corner of the house. The outside area has a plunge pool (2.5mX4.5m), outdoor lounge, 2 built-in sofas, a dining table for 6 people, an outdoor shower, and WC.
