This villa is located on the north side of the island, in a secluded, sandy beach, sheltered from the wind and facing towards the east, where guests can enjoy spectacular sunrises. The villas are nestled at one end of the beach, with a 300m private driveway, thus assuring maximum privacy for the guests.
Every room in this hand-crafted villa is unique. Difficult to find another villa like this one on the island of Mykonos.
Layout
This villa is comprised of three separate dwellings, the open plan main house, a pool house, and a beach house. (Beach House can be offered at an extra cost , combined with the villa or separately )
Main House
The main house and the pool house are in 2 different levels.
The main house accommodates seven to eight.
Ground Level : a spacious living area for conversation, open to a dining area seating 12 plus an open plan fully equipped kitchen.
A second living room is geared to entertainment with a home theater, satellite TV and a congenial fireplace.
There is also a guest WC
Upper Level : master bedroom with a walk in closet. The en-suite bath has a delightful rain shower.
Two more elegant bedrooms on the upper level: a twin bedroom with en-suite bath, rain shower and sea view and a single bedroom with en-suite shower bath and a kitchennete
A guest house with independent entrance is adjacent to the main house with double bedroom with en-suite bath and a single bedroom.
Pool House
The pool house spaciously accommodates four.
The master bedroom with en-suite bath with rain shower and a twin bedroom with it’s own bathroom.
It offers a private terrace with a never-ending sea view
Beach House
Large terrace with dining area ,bbq, siting area, sun beds & a hammock
One fully equiped open kitchen , a large sofa & tv
One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower
One semi-double ( 1,40cm) bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (independent entrance)
