Based on the principals of the typical cubic design of the Cyclades, Wave is built along traditional lines with a slight contemporary twist as the architect created a long flat unit as the main house and an adjacent guest house. Although from the outside, the house looks quite traditional, inside modern design prevails with clean lines, restrained color, and subtle glamour, perfectly attuned to sophisticated summer living. Choicest designer furnishings, decorative cement floorings and rarefied discreet décor create a hotel-like luxurious atmosphere that yet contrives to be family friendly, cozy and welcoming. All rooms are spacious and flooded with light, while having sea view and direct access to the pool area. Outdoor living is served by a series of wide terraces, all just a stone’s throw from the beautiful sandy beach. A beautiful fence shelters the house, while allowing sea views. A shaded dining area, two comfortable built-in sofas, sun loungers and a barbeque create various comfortable sitting and living arrangements that offer guests both privacy and opportunities for gathering and fun. For those who prefer a more eventful day, the beach bar, not far from the house can be an option.
