Occupying one of the most sought-after seafront locations of the island, Guarantee is the ultimate beach house with a gate opening onto a creamy ribbon of sand, right on the water’s edge. Providing an excellent staff, it “guarantees” – as its name suggests- comfortable living conditions and resort amenities on the doorstep.

This two-tier residence shares a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, as well as four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor, while two extra ensuite double bedrooms sit on the lower level. All rooms are simple, clear and basic. The ceiling and walls are whitewashed and austere, creating unity and a greater sense of space. Pieces of local rock and handcrafted timber add a natural touch to the pristine white interiors that exude a bright, sun-flooded ambience.Outside, the villa is surrounded by a manicured garden, featuring flowers, shrubs and organic herbs, allowing at the same time plenty of space for kids to play around safely. The days there are spent lolling by the pool or the beach and enjoying languorous balmy evenings around the outdoor dinner table!
