TA-70 is a huddle of whitewashed cubic formsperched on a cliffside, offering breathtaking views of the cobalt blue sea andthe neighboring islands, with the sea and sky changing constantly, like a dramathat never ends.This spectacular holiday villa was designed to blend with itsenvironment, incorporating natural elements as part of the décor. The fusion ofwhitewash and stone produces a rendering of the distinctive architectural styleand the traditional materials, typical of the picturesque Cycladic setting. Theoutdoor area is huge, ideal for wedding receptions or parties, equipped withnumerous shaded lounge and dining areas for guests to sit around or sunbathe,as well as a large swimming pool, all with views to the enticing nearbyislands. The same soothing blend of earth tones continues through the mainhouse’s interior where everything, from the sheer size of the living areas tothe elegant simplicity of the furnishings (interestingly placed clothes'stands) and the artifacts woven into the decor, inspires an immediate sense ofrelaxation. All indoor areas are spacious and luminous, with large windows thatlet the outside to flow right through the interior in such a way that you feelprotected from it but never cut off. The guest house is independent andaccordingly spacious and comfortable, decorated with the same style and aestheticas the main house.
